Return & Exchange Policy
At GPA Threads Co, we take pride in creating quality custom apparel and school spirit wear. Because many of our products are made to order, please review our return and exchange policy carefully.
Custom Products
Most items sold by GPA Threads Co are custom printed or made specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A description of the issue

Photos showing the defect or incorrect item
Once verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
Order Errors
If we make a mistake with your order (wrong item, incorrect print, etc.), we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Because items are custom produced, exchanges are generally not available unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
