Thank you for shopping with GPA Threads Co. We specialize in custom apparel and school spirit wear designed to support schools, their programs, and their students. Because many of our products are custom made, please review the information below regarding production and shipping.

Order Processing

Most products sold by GPA Threads Co are custom printed or made to order. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the order is placed.

During high-volume periods, school campaigns, or large group orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.

From time to time, GPA Threads Co may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers.

School & Group Orders

Some orders placed through school programs or organization stores may be produced and shipped in batch orders. In these cases, orders may either:

  • Ship directly to the customer, or

  • Be delivered to the school or organization for distribution

Details will be provided on the specific school store or product page when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. GPA Threads Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
